Welcome to the Army IBA Intra Business Hackathon 2025! This challenge is designed to spark innovative thinking and drive practical solutions at the crossroads of business and technology. Participants are invited to tackle real-world business challenges, harness their technical skills, and develop creative solutions that can redefine industries.

Requirements
What to Build
Participants are encouraged to develop innovative business and technology-driven solutions that address real-world challenges. Your project can fall into one or more of the following categories:
- AI & Automation: Business process automation, AI-driven analytics, chatbots, or recommendation systems.
- Fintech & E-Commerce: Digital payment solutions, blockchain-based financial services, or smart pricing models.
- Sustainable Business Solutions: Eco-friendly business models, waste management, or energy-efficient systems.
- Marketing & Consumer Engagement: AI-powered marketing tools, personalized customer experience platforms, or influencer analytics.
- EdTech & Learning Platforms: AI-based learning assistants, gamified education, or interactive business training modules.
- HealthTech & Wellness Solutions: AI-driven diagnostics, mental health support apps, or fitness tracking platforms.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence: Predictive analytics, market research tools, or sales forecasting platforms.
Projects can be:
- Web/Mobile Applications
- AI/ML Models
- Blockchain Solutions
- Business Strategy & Innovation Plans
- Prototypes & MVPs
What to Submit
1. Project Demo- A demo video (3-5 mins) showcasing the working prototype, core features, and problem-solving approach.
- The video should clearly explain the concept, functionality, and potential impact of the project.
- Provide a link to the GitHub repository (if applicable) with properly structured and documented code.
- If it's a no-code solution, submit a presentation deck or a business model document explaining the implementation.
- If hosting a working prototype, share the website or application link.
- Problem Statement: What issue does your solution address?
- Solution Overview: How does your project solve the problem?
- Technology Stack: Mention the tools, frameworks, and programming languages used.
- Business Viability: How can this idea be scaled or monetized?
- Team Contributions: Roles and responsibilities of each team member.
A well-structured slide deck (5-10 slides) summarizing your idea, problem-solving approach, and future roadmap.
5. Documentation & Resources- Installation and setup instructions (if applicable).
- Any additional data sources, research materials, or references used.
Ensure all submissions are clear, well-documented, and uploaded before the deadline.
